By accessing or using Voxalytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Voxalytics is a research synthesis platform that helps teams analyse interview recordings, extract findings, and build a living research library using AI-powered agents.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Voxalytics. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the platform
• Use the platform to harm research participants

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
